Arkeo offers free standard shipping on orders over $65 (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.

Orders under $65 ship for a flat $10.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using standard ground shipping through major carriers. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location, order size, and fulfillment requirements. Expedited shipping options may not be available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak periods, product launches, or holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most orders shipped via standard ground shipping arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Locations

Arkeo currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping and do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Arkeo is not responsible for shipping delays. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@arkeo.shop, and we will assist you in working with the carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Arkeo is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
